Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences - Gold Coast

The location was perfect, and I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety to enhance the experience.

Impeccably clean and cheap room, I really enjoyed the hotel!

Its location was very central, 500 feet from Cavill Mall. It also was hard to plan events to do.

We loved very good breakfasts and one of the best views!

Great place with its great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I recommend visiting during Christmas!

Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from The Wax Museum. Really great service, compact deluxe king room with a balcony, the great walking wardrobe, as example.

Hotel on Gold Coast was not finished.Access was terrible,Garage confusing.No facilities in Hotel-no restaurants,no Bar or lounge ,noise ! At the end we left some things in the room an called next day regarding ,but unsuccsefullyWe paid for the room 1,308 $ for 4 days and we are very dissapointed.We will never stay there again !!!!

review: The pool facilities were a highlight, with the indoor pool being a great spot for kids, although it could've been warmer. Enjoyed the complimentary water in the room and the self-parking options made it convenient. Breakfast never disappoints, offering a broad variety each morning. I liked the location. It close to everything in Surfurse Paradise. Staff are freindly. Clean room and all facilities available perfect for famielies.

During my stay, there was strong wind and some noise came from the front door of my suite and from the sliding glass door of the balcony. I have contacted the reciption but they have nothing to do beacause it was the problem from the desien of the building.

The room was very well designed, big and confortable.

There were people drinking beer from a glass bottle in the indoor spa, and there were kids eating in the area as well, therefore the area was dirty when we tried to use it.

I stayed in the Ocean View Suite Executive Lounge Access, and the expansive views of the beach were nothing short of amazing! Mornings spent on the balcony sipping coffee while soaking in the ocean waves reminded me of pure bliss. Plus, the attentive service at the executive lounge.

Big size and cheap room, clean hotel in general.

Twin room, luxurious bathroom. Coffee, fresh fruit and muesli - very very good breakfast. Great and decent location a short walk to Chevron Renaissance. Exceptional service, parking onsite. No charge for housekeeping, wake up calls and ironing too.
