I had an amazing stay where the staff surprised me with a special birthday treat and I loved lounging at the rooftop pool and enjoying the sauna. The relaxing vibe made my getaway perfect, though I wish the furniture in the room was a bit more modern. Make sure to check out the food options in the Executive lounge. they're fantastic! 🎉

Amazing ocean views!

The ocean view from our room was stunning, even when it rained. Breakfast was a total win—so many options, we were never hungry! The check-in was kinda off though. felt a bit rushed and not super friendly. Overall, we felt super welcomed throughout our stay!

Our recent stay at Hilton Surfers Paradise was absolutely fantastic! The Two-Bedroom Residence Room with Ocean View was spacious and had stunning views that made waking up a pleasure. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us, especially Chinna, whose hospitality stood out. The buffet breakfast was a delicious start to our days, offering a great variety to choose from.

We had an excellent time enjoying the beautiful pools, especially the indoor one which stayed warm and inviting. Our family loved the vibrant location near the beach and local eateries, which made for some fun evening outings with mom.

My kids wished there were better family amenities like additional beds for comfort.

The location of the property is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach and nearby attractions like Ripley's Believe It Or Not. The facilities were well-kept, and the breakfast selection was impressive. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room as there were visible issues like mould in the bathroom, which was unexpected for this type of accommodation. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements in room maintenance are needed.

It was just a nice choice for a momentary pause in Gold Coast with reasonable price. The upgrade we received was a pleasant surprise for our anniversary. Be aware of the parking situation. it can be really confusing.
